The Writing Life

Aadip is the voice of a new generation of writers. Just kidding. Any writer who says that is half hack, half egomaniac, like the most annoying centaur of writing.

He writes comedies and comedic hybrid material (mixing comedy with horror, sci-fi, romance, drama, fantasy, or crime.)

Formats:

Scripts: Feature film, TV Pilots, TV Specs

Comedy: Sketches, Stand-Up Material,

Treatments: Feature films, TV Pilots/Series, Graphic Novels, Music Videos

Other: Essays, Articles, Blogs, Web Copy, Twitter

Training:

Upright Citizens Brigade, The Groundlings, Writers Homicide School, WGA, Nerdist/826LA, Ellen Sandler, Tim Kalpakis, Jen Grisanti, Walter Dalton, Steve Kaplan, Pilar Alessandra, Blake Snyder, Michael Hauge, Marilyn Atlas, UCLA Extension, University of Washington Extension, Catherine Ann Jones, and Robert McKee.

Gear:
First drafts of essays, articles, and musings written on a refurbed 1959-ish Royal Typewriter.

Everything else written on 15″ Macbook Pro that has been dropped many times.
